Relative confirms terror suspect Abu Dujana`s identity

Bandung, NU Online A close relative of Abu Dujana, the top terror suspect arrested recently, has confirmed a picture police have publicized is that of Aenul Bakri, the name by which Abu Dujana was known as a child. Yaya Sunarya (72), an uncle of Mrs. Syariah, Abu Dujana`s deceased mother, also said, after becoming an adult, Aen (short for Aenul) was often absent from his parental home but the family eventually realized he was involved in terrorist activity.

TNI not worried about possible limitation of US military assistance

Jakarta, NU Online The National Defense Forces (TNI) is not worried about the possibility of the United States limiting its military assistance to Indonesia following the recent clash between TNI personnel and civilians at Alastlogo village in Pasuran, East Java, a military spokesman said. "We are not worried about it as the government will certainly find a way to meet the TNI`s military equipment needs without depending on the US," Air Commodore Sagom Tamboen, chief of the TNI`s Information Center, told ANTARA News here Tuesday.
