Jakarta, NU Online Indonesia's ambassador to Qatar, HM Rozy Munir, has expressed his willingness to immediately establish a special branch board of Nahdlatul Ulama (PCI NU) in Qatar. "It is really favorable to establish PCI NU in there," he told repoprters here on Sunday, adding that there were a large number of Nahdliyin (NU followers) living in the Muslim country.

Surabaya, NU Online The Japanese government through its consulate general in Surabaya, presented a grant of US$82,341 for the development of a polyclinic at the Tebuireng Islamic boarding school in Jombang, East Java. The cooperation agreement on the grant would be signed by Shoji Sato, the Japanese consul general in Surabaya, East Java, and Salahuddin Wahid, the Tebuireng Islamic boarding school director, Arvil Syahadat of the Japanese consulate general office said here on Tuesday.
